| Abstract: |
The present study investigated the NeuroD (Beta2) family of helix-loop-helix transcription factor promote neurogenesis. The NeuroD family, particular gene express in certain parts of the neurons, beta-pancreatic cells, and enteroendocrine cells. NeuroD induces in the nervous system and development of the organ. The NEUROD1 (query gene) found to convert reactive glial cells into functional neurons in the brain. The NeuroD1 induces in the differentiation of the nervous system and regulate insulin gene by binding to a critical E-box motif on insulin promoter and mutation result type 2 diabetes. The query gene (NUEROD1) located Chromosome 2 of the human. We accumulate eukaryotes organism i.e. Homo sapiens and Mus musculus for comparative and functional analysis. Our finding data provide evidence that the total number of 8 NeuroD and their specific domain, motifs, phylogeny, chromosome location, and expression. The family-wise classification of the transcription factor is an essential component for the identification of a specific transcription factor in the genome. In this study, we performed bioinformatics and computational technique to the current knowledge of NeuroD family of a bHLH transcription factor. |
