Abstract: Management styles and their influence on employee productivity has been an involving research area. This study examines the impact of top management leadership styles on employee performance: A Case Study Of 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad among 160 employees and leaders in 7-Eleven of Malaysia. Moreover, in this study, Top Management Styles factors (Democratic Management Style, Laissez-Faire Management Style, Autocratic Management Style, Transformational management style, and Transactional management style) are posited as having an influence on employee’s performance in 7-Eleven of Malaysia. For data analysis and hypothesis testing, Structural Equation Modelling and several statistical methods such as the maximum likelihood estimate and regression technique were utilized to understand the dimensionality of the variables. This study adopted a systematic random sampling to select employees and leader who works in the 7-Eleven of Malaysia to conduct the study. The employees and leaders were selected to answer these questions because of their knowledge and experience involved in this area. The results show that there was a statistically significant relationship between the (Democratic Management Style, Laissez-Faire Management Style, Autocratic Management Style, Transformational management style, and Transactional management style) and Employee Performance.
