Abstract: Human Resources become the bottom line of any organization. Generating and retaining a talented and satisfied workforce is challengeable for current organizations. The feeling to exit from the organization arises due to many reasons and employee turnover intention is highly related by various support sources. The main objective of this study was to find & reveal the relationship between co-worker support, supervisor support, organizational support and turnover intention of operational level employees in apparel sector, central province, Sri Lanka. Data gathered through a five-point likert type questionnaire were analysed using SPSS Data Analysing Package. As Findings of the study, there was a negative relationship between support sources and employee turnover intention of operative level employees.
